Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is provided by a licensed physical therapist who works with caregivers to help their child with balance, movement, and other activities involving the large muscles of the body.  They work on gross motor skills such as rolling, sitting, crawling and walking.  A PT also works with transitional movements, helping your child learn to move from one position to another and may also assist in making recommendations for adaptive equipment.
